Eurocine has been around as a producer since 1937 and has stayed in the same family since 1957. Present company director, Daniel Lesoeur has seen an upsurge of sales to video and recently to satellite movie channels of his 100+ strong catalogue which includes gems from the fifties starring Ginette Leclerc, Lino Ventura or Jeanne Moreau and has been moving back into the production/distribution rythm of two or more theatrical (sometimes action with American actors as Mark Hamill, George Kennedy,Chuck Connors or Christopher Lee, sometimes more art oriented as Critics Week in Cannes, Best artistic contribution...) and MOW's a year ( starring Michel Galabru, Charlotte Valendrey) and recently animation and CD Rom games.
